Governing by Decree Against a United America

On August 28th I stood on the Mall in Washington D. C. gazing into the faces of my fellow countrymen. They had come by the thousands to make what could be our last stand. They had brought their hopes, they had brought their dreams, and they had brought their children so they would learn of the true America. In their faces I saw honesty, courage, and determination. They listened to the speakers with courtesy. Their manners were apparent. I did not hear one unkind word against anyone. Yet the enemies of our great nation were beside themselves. We were called everything from racist to radical. But we could feel their fear. It was in their rants that the fear most expressed itself.

August slowly faded and we began marching to November. The great progressive leaders began to say that they would slaughter us at the polls. Pelosi and Reid said that conservatives might gain a few seats but we would not be a factor. They were sure that America just loved what they had done. Even the President said that he had not noticed us on that fine summer's day on the Mall. On November 2nd they finally heard our shout. A great victory occurred but Pelosi, Reid, and Obama said that it was nothing that they had done. They reasoned that we were a bunch of radicals that would never be pleased no matter how much they had done for us. The Democratic Party was decimated leaving only socialists or communists in the house. Then began the lame duck session of Congress were Pelosi declared herself Queen promising to continue her failure for another two years. She again shouted it wasn't me. The President stood before us and said you will do as I say no compromise. Reid had another I have a Dream Act speech. Then we witnessed the further destruction of the Democratic Party when after compromise was finally reached on taxes a great rebellion occurred in the House. The tail of the snake tried to wag the head. As the President looked out over his domain he shouted I did what you asked I have nearly crushed capitalism. I have apologized to all. I have sacrificed our treasury for the greater good. As the saying goes they will never be able to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. The Democratic Party maybe beyond repair as a mass exodus has begun in the South where Democrats by the dozens have abandoned their Party and declare themselves Republicans. This is the direct result of Presidents actions but he lays no claim to the destruction.

Next Wikileaks attacks our great nation and our Attorney General and the President ignore the threat. We are not afraid of someone with a laptop and a web address we are told. But now they decide that they need to control the flow of information to protect us from the likes of Fox News and every conservation talking head. We are in great peril because an unapologetic President has chosen to rule by executive order and bypass our dully elected officials. He plans to impose card check through the National Labor Relations Board. He plans to impose carbon dioxide regulations through the EPA to achieve Climate Control. He plans to force Net Neutrality through the FCC. Each of these things was defeated in Congress. In fact the court ruled that the FCC could not arbitrarily enforce Net Neutrality. We must rise up with one voice and say no. Let the world know that no one can bypass our Constitution and enforce his will upon us.

"A Government of the People, by the People, for the People"

The Republic of the United States is in its greatest danger since the Civil War. Extremist have taken over a major political party and are wreaking havoc on our nation. These radicals and their accomplices in the main stream media are trying to portray all dissent as racial or objection to health care. They are neither. The tremendous outcry is for freedom.

The new slavery will be economic. It will transcend all races. We will have a country of those who pay taxes and those who do not. When the majority of Americans are in the latter group free elections are a thing of the past.

Those who have no idea what is happening are supporting an agenda that will destroy our nation. When this comes about they will scream in protest but there will be no one left to listen.

In 1953 Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev uttered these words, “We will bury you. We will defeat America without firing a shot”. It was the joke of the age. It was further discredited with the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1989.

Unknown to us the Soviets had placed agitators among us. The riots of the 1960's and 1970's were the direct result of their policies. We the People successfully defeated this attempt at violent overthrow. We went about our daily lives and forgot about those nasty times.

Those that participated in the violence did not. They infiltrated key institutions throughout the land and became respectable. They then began the takeover of our major institutions, colleges, news media, government, and a political party. An economic storm has placed them in a position that they have aspired to for nearly a half a century. They are now close advisors to the President of the United States.

This condition has been perpetuated by the President who places unvetted "czars" at the highest levels of government with the sole purpose of transforming the United States. The President has bypassed all checks and balances that the Constitution provides.

The Democrats in both houses of Congress have betrayed the trust of the American People. One Congressman stated that they follow no rules and make them up as they go. Another Congressman stated that the Healthcare Bill was passed to control the people. A vast majority of the people wanted some heath care reform, (nearly 80 percent of us). But 65 percent of us did not want this bill. Yet a President and a Political party forced it upon us.

We as a People must stand up to this threat. We must support the millions of Democrats who believe in freedom. We must assist them in returning their party to the political center.


The Democrats neither wrote nor read the bill they inflicted upon us. They are irrelevant. The seats they occupy do not belong to the Democratic Party anymore than the Republican seats belong to the Republican Party. They belong to the American people and not the highest bidder.

If we do not stand up for freedom no one else will. Do not let us become what our Ancestors escaped.

ARE “BIRTHERS” JUST CRAZY, OR WHAT?

I would proudly call myself a "Birther," yet,

I believe Obama is, or was, a U.S. citizen. But he provides no credible proof of this.

I believe he was probably born in Hawaii. But no one has provided proof of this.

I don't believe he was born in Kenya. But there is no proof of that, either.

I have sworn, as has Obama, “to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” So, this drives my inquiry

But the likelihood that this man is a "natural born citizen," as required by the Constitution, is very, very unlikely. He does not appear to meet the legal tests of "jus soli" AND "jus sanguinis” in a unified way.

The term jus sanguinis describes a person born of parents who are citizens and jus soli describes a person born in the country. There was no "Unity of Citizenship" at the time of his birth to make him a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. This is a specific category of citizenship UNDER OUR FUNDEMENTAL LAW. One must be natural born to be President. Dual citizens cannot be natural born. Such has been a requirement of the U.S. Constitution since the beginning of the Republic.

Inasmuch as Barrack’s father was a British subject at the time of his birth, he cannot be a "natural born citizen." Further, his mother was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship (at least 5 years over the age of 14). Gone jus sanguinis! Hence, not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, maybe only a U.S. citizen, which is NOT ENOUGH TO BE PRESIDENT.

In addition to that, he was later adopted and renamed by a foreigner, Lolo Soetoro, when he was a child, and undoubtedly lost his U.S.citizenship then, which he may have gotten under the principle of "jus soli."

He was at one point a citizen of Indonesia, a country that required proof-certain of his Indonesian citizenship. Otherwise "Barry Soetoro" could not have attended school there. This adoption probably stripped away his American citizenship entirely, requiring it to be restored through a legal process, if it ever was. Also, there should have been a legal name change, of which no one can produce a record. These loose ends could be problematic. The consequense could be nullification of every order, proclaimation and law promulgated during Obama’s term as “President.”

An ugly fact here is that Barrack Obama has spent well over a million dollars, much of it taxpayer money, to obstruct access to the truth about his birth, background and eligibility. We do not even have credible evidence of his hospital birth in Honolulu. Why is that? People in Hawaii understandably would like to celebrate the details of his birth, but credible details are “hazy.”

Why are so many documents, which go to the issue of his citizenship, hidden or lost? Why can we not know his true identity? Why would he ever allow his election campaign operatives publish such an amateurish forgery of his "birth certificate" on the internet? Why will he not quickly assure us that he is truly a natural born citizen?

Regardless of all these legal twists and turns, Obama will not provide a skeptical America with a genuine record of his birth or legal and academic past, documents that, if exposed, would cause him enormous embarrassment and legal difficulties. The exposure of these documents, which will inevitably come out, may also cause a Constitutional crisis, and a market nightmare for the country, if the timing is off. A bad thing for a man claiming to love transparency.

Our Founding Fathers placed this requirement for (only) the President to be a natural born citizen to protect our country from foreign influence. There are some out here who feel a strong foreign influence in the words and actions of this "radical president." Some days it seems like Barack Obama shows a lot more devotion to foreign ideas, such as Marxian Socialism, Islam and world government, than to our Founders' American ideals of individual liberty, private property and limited government. That is why the examination of Obama's most untransparent past is so compelling.

"Actions Speak Louder Than Words"

The only agency of the United States Government that has ever created more wealth than it has destroyed is the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA). The innovations developed from this single agency touch our lives in ways that most cannot imagine. From the preparation of our food, to the clothes we wear, from communication to transportation the list is endless.

A man of great foresight stepped forward to lead a nation. He dared us to be great. His vision became our dream. John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK) said, "We choose to go to the moon. We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win, and the others, too."

His words electrified a nation. We were in the midst of a recession and many were in far worse condition than today. The people of that time lived within their means and did not expect a government handout. JFK cut taxes and unleashed the great machine of capitalism. We embarked on one of the greatest adventures of all time. From the young to the old all were mesmerized by seven explorers that dared to venture into the unknown. The seven original Mercury Astronauts were like the knights of old in a new Camelot. President Kennedy told us, "the growth of our science and education will be enriched by new knowledge of our universe and environment, by new techniques of learning and mapping and observation, by new tools and computers for industry, medicine, the home as well as the school. Technical institutions, such as Rice, will reap the harvest of these gains."
Why did John Kennedy take us to the moon? "Many years ago the great British explorer George Mallory, who was to die on Mount Everest, was asked why did he want to climb it. He said, "Because it is there."
"Well, space is there, and we're going to climb it, and the moon and the planets are there, and new hopes for knowledge and peace are there. And, therefore, as we set sail we ask God's blessing on the most hazardous and dangerous and greatest adventure on which man has ever embarked."

That day in 1962 at Rice University, JFK stepped into the world of history as a man of great vision and a great leader. He placed no energy into driving an agenda. He drove a dream.

It has been forty-eight years since John Kennedy gave that speech. We now have a new leader. Another man of great intellect now leads the nation into a new frontier. His vision is the exact opposite of Kennedy's. Where JFK was bold Barack Obama (BO) is faint. Where JFK dared BO cringed. Where JFK drove a dream BO drove an agenda.
The greatest generator of capital created by a Government, NASA, has been hobbled. A man lacking vision has instead saw fit to pursue an agenda. He has taken the assets of NASA and decided to use them to monitor the environment of good old planet Earth. Even though the religion of man made global warming has been proven to be a progressives fairy tale BO has spoken. He has taken the greatest race horse the world has ever known and chained it to a plow.

I do believe that a mans actions speak far louder than his words.

DON'T BASK, DON'T SELL

Of all the wrongheaded measures Obama and the Democrat majorities in Congress have tried this year, they are about to impose an even more outrageous one: abolishing “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” in the military. This “workable compromise” has allowed active homosexuals to serve their country in the armed forces with less commotion than usual. But now they insist on the commotion.

“Usual commotion ” caused by homosexuals in military outfits have been well hidden by the dominant left-wing media. And this commotion is real poison!

Every former military commander, including myself, can tell stories about how a few sexual deviants can utterly destroy unit cohesion, morale and discipline. Once in the open, everything ugly is now unleashed in a tight military setting: sexual imposition, mental cruelty, bribery, open sodomy in the barracks, envy, blackmail, disease, false accusations, conduct unbecoming officers, brutal assaults and 20 other crimes become exposed, but not often reported.

The unity in a fighting command can be destroyed by open homosexuality in the ranks. Rank is primarily the reason why.

There is a mighty big difference between a private and a sergeant; between a lieutenant and a major. There are 23 distinct ranks (from E-1 to O-10) in most branches of service. In some settings, a person only one rung above you can order you to your death. That person above you can make your life easy, or a living hell.

Sexual imposition on the part of a superior usually leads to living hell.

“Well, you knew I was gay, why did you invite me in?”

On the flip side, false charges from underlings and “righteous victims” have ruined many a career. Havoc and mutiny are not unheard of when lower ranking men and women refuse unnatural advances.

And rumors, both true and false, can change esprit de corps to “esprit de corpse” (pun intended).

The mission of our military is to defend our country by winning wars. Or providing a show of power, which prevents war. Social engineering to make homosexuality “moral and accepted,” if ever possible, is way second.

We already have a cacophony of “discrimination” cases bogging down our military missions. Everyone who is not a tall, athletic, Caucasian, white male has a case.

Will we now add everyone who is not a tall, athletic, Caucasian, white, heterosexual male?

In the future, will any officer who alludes to a problem with homosexuality be the equivalent of General Patton smacking a coward?

When the rule “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” is changed, regardless of what euphemistic name it is given, it will especially emphasize “don’t dare ask” without Mirandizing the entire outfit. As far as “tell,” there will be plenty of that in your face. Count on it.

“Yes, me and my subordinate are in a lesbian relationship, sir.”

“Now, are you going to make trouble for me on my next fitness report?”

If enacted, the new rules will have to involve major revisions in the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), which has served so well for many generations. Further, our military chaplains will all have to be retrained in what is morally right, regardless of what Bible or Koran has taught them. Political correctness and Cultural Marxism will get a big boost.

And our military, as with all American institutions, except central government, will grow weaker.

To many in the military, the inevitable “sensitivity re-training” on Homosexual Rights in the Military will be like a Marxist re-education camp. Enlistments and re-enlistments will fall. And our true military missions will be further weakened for the sake of a “politically correct” agenda.

After this “homosexual transparency” is pushed, expect a rash of billeting quarrels, transfer requests, distrust, false rumors, barracks violence, AWOLs and desertions. Then, an increase in lawsuits, phony “hate crimes,” and all manner of Gay, Lesbian & Bisexual Military clubs will appear, along with more gay enlistments.

Why is such action needed, other than to pander to a militant (but hardly military) homosexual agenda? Does the current regime actually want a breakdown in our national security and another dose of chaos to help destroy America?

What's Wrong with Socialism? Just This.

So, a lot of people are calling Barack Obama a socialist, and his minions a regime promoting non-stop Socialism. A lot of good “progressive” European, South American and Asiatic governments could be described as Socialist. So what’s wrong with that?

First, there is the tricky matter of definitions. What exactly is Socialism? Is it the same as liberalism, a progressive welfare state, Marxism, or Communism? Essentially, ALL are political economies involving “forced charity,” where the community organizers get the real goodies: they (the organizers/bureaucrats/politicians) get the lion’s share of the goodies.

Speaking of lions, a baby lion, or a year old cub, the experienced lioness, or a seasoned predator, such as the mean-tempered old male who rules the pride, are all lions. The extent of their predation is quite different, but they all “eat other animals.” Or at minimum, make other animal lives a living hell.

Some independent animals occasionally stand up against the lions. Especially the bigger animals, or small ones brave enough to “team up against the lions.”

But even the big animals, which mostly can take care of themselves, lose their children (or their futures) on a regular basis. Eventually big, strong animals become old and weak, and that’s when the predators “move in.”

While lions are universally feared, some of the animals make out fine from lion predations; they get to eat part of the big kills, the leftovers. Most of these creatures make their living off what lions leave after they take their fill. These animals are grateful to lions for providing for them, haphazard as it sometimes becomes.

Effective propaganda would tell you that lions “do a lot of good for the environment, besides, we can’t do much about them anyway, without endangering ourselves.”

Or, “those of you with parasitic instincts will make out best living under the rule of lions…they will take care of you!” Until, of course, it’s your turn to be eaten.

“From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”

However, predators have more needs.

That, folks, is Socialism in a nutshell. The bloody shades of redness are just a matter of degree. If you are an ordinary animal, pink liberalism only gets a bite out of you now and then. (But, it still hurts like hell.)

When it evolves into gory red Marxism, or worse, to openly proclaimed Communism, it often takes your life. Meanwhile, “Do what you’re told, believe the propaganda, don’t oppose us, or mess up our kills, and everything will be Utopia.”

Exaggeration? Socialism invariably evolves into murder when things do not work out as the predators require. I invite you to read the superbly well-documented book, Death by Government by R. J. Rummel. In the 20th century alone, over 162,000,000 people were killed by Socialism.

Among them:

61,911,000 Murdered: by Soviet Gulag State

76,702,000 Murdered: by the Communist Chinese

20,946,000 Murdered: by Nazi Genocide State

2,035,000 Murdered: by The Khmer Rouge Hell State

1,670,000 Murdered: by Vietnamese Socialists

1,072,000 Murdered: Tito's socialists

These are a staggering numbers, but only statistics, unless YOU are one of them. And, yes, part of this number was attributed to the bloody 12 years of Nazi rule, but then most sophisticated observers of government know that the “Zi part” of Nazi refers to Socialists.

Except for the brief period that Germany and the Soviets were allied by a treaty, almost all the deaths were wrought by communistic Marxian socialists.

If you are getting confused by all the names that Socialism scams under, just think about bad companies or government entities who obfuscate and change their names every year or so to throw off their victims.

Sometimes the propaganda agents actually reverse the meaning of their terms, so as to make people think they are really the good guys: example, the Red states vs. Blue states nomenclature certainly help fool the people. We wouldn’t want to mix up Democrats with pinko/red socialists, now, would we? “Last year we were Liberals, this year we’ll be Progressives.”

Just as the lions are masters of misdirection and stealth, socialists can never be relied on for “transparency,” except for claiming how openly transparent they are. Usually, things are quite the opposite of what socialists represent. All of this helps the predators and their followers to bigger and better kills.

The laughable part of Socialism is that socialists see it as a system based on morality and compassionate righteousness. “What would Jesus do to help the poor?” Wouldn’t he require that we take care of the downtrodden?”

Are we experiencing real Christian compassion with socialist measures? Would Jesus take your money at sword-point and give it to “His selected poor?” Would Jesus marshal the awesome power of the Roman Empire to enrich himself and his disciples, all in a grand gesture of allowing predators to help their needy constituents?

What is morally correct? Helping others with your personal charity and loving individual attention, or using the dreadful power of a modern state to force everyone (ultimately with a gun) to give to socialist causes.

Capitalists, by contrast, point no guns at your head to get you to buy goods that make them rich.

When government schemes to take money out of your pocket by force, and put it into the pockets of other individuals, this is Socialism. It’s not reasonable taxation for the good of the entire community. It is an unlimited levy taken from you, and used to buy the votes of other individuals to keep socialists in power. Frederic Bastiat (1801-1850) put it succinctly:

“It is impossible to introduce into society a greater change and a greater evil than this: the conversion of the law into an instrument of plunder.”

Our Founding Fathers gave us a remarkable Constitution, which is the antithesis of Socialism. It has brought us more liberty and wealth than the world has ever known. The true American tradition is to follow the original Constitution and just laws. Once the law is bastardized into whatever law it takes to keep parasites in power, when politicians lie under oath that they will preserve and defend the Constitution, we are no longer America.

Sure, those in power have allowed some unscrupulous capitalists to corner some of our markets. They have exploited people. But most of these so-called businessmen use the power of the state, often disguised Socialism or other legal plunder, to rig markets in their favor.

Even then, crony capitalists use no guns and coercion to force others. Only the state can sustain an evil monopoly. Only the state can force you into buying what you do not want, such as health insurance. Only predatory government can do these things on a horrific scale. And the worst of all governments have been Socialist.

The promises of clever socialists, such as Lenin and Castro, never came true. Instead of ridding the people of the flaws of capitalism, they brought about poverty on a grand scale, along with secret police, neighborhood spies, terror, prisons, political executions and other death.

Socialist regimes require severe limitations on free speech, because without these the upside down morality is quickly revealed. Public theft of individual property is exposed. Thugs are identified and lies are uncovered.

Lies are so vital to the existence of Socialism, that it cannot exist without them. Where there is theft on a grand scale, lies are a vital necessity. Where elites take what is not theirs, and murder the weak and innocent, falsehoods are critical to hide what’s really going on. The past is air-brushed or totally misrepresented, the present is fabricated and the future risibly fantasized.

Unless you acknowledge that you are a parasite and a predator, willing to live a life of perpetual lies, Socialism is not the course for you.

Obama vs. Pretty Boy Floyd

The only difference between Obama and Floyd was that Floyd yelled, "Stickem up" before he robbed you. In this last year the greatest theft in the history of mankind occurred. Nearly a trillion dollars were stolen from the American People. We were told that this was to stimulate the economy to prevent further job loss. What it really did was stimulate the pockets of the most corrupt among us. Floyd's downfall was the bad company that he kept. Will the same be true of Obama?

Let us examine how this money was spent. First, nearly two thirds of the money wasn't spent in the first year that it was available, so much for the theory that this was a stimulus bill. Second, the president has told us that this bill saved or created two million jobs. If that is so it saved or created two million Government jobs. It takes approximately seven private sector jobs to sustain one Government job. More taxes will be placed upon us and more jobs will be lost. Those remaining employed will bear a very heavy burden to prop up such an albatross. The private sector continues to shed jobs costing us all. Third, they touted the last quarterly growth figures. Did anyone notice that the only ones with a hooray were Obama and his minions? Obama and friends are saving the stimulus to buy another term for their agenda. If they cared about us they wouldn't have stolen the money in the first place. If Obama truly cares about his people he would return the money to our treasury and call a tax holiday for three months for both businesses and individuals. But alias he doesn't care about us only his agenda. Please understand that our failure spells his success.

Let's not forget our friends the Republicans. They began this great disintegration by going along with Democrats in their race to distribute the wealth of our great nation. Bush and Obama will be mentioned in the same paragraph when describing the greatest economic catastrophe to ensnare the United States. Just remember friends that the Republicans were as gifted in theft as were the Democrats.

The Phantom March

I stood at the entrance to Arlington Cemetery waiting. I noticed some soldiers walking towards me. I didn't pay much attention until the men were quite close. It was then that I saw a very strange sight. The men were wearing uniforms from another time, another place. I thought that I must be seeing things when I began to sense more men around me. I stared as hundreds then thousands of men and women spewed out of the Cemetery. They appeared to drift right by me. I tried to talk but I couldn't. I just stepped in line and joined them.

I followed them across the Potomac and they marched right to the White House. It was dark and cold with signs that said keep out. I saw no one. Could it be abandoned? I did not know. I could see the looks of those near me. They appeared sad and confused. Without a word the crowd began to move. They stopped next at the Capitol building. It too was dark and the doors were chained. I stood on the steps of the Capitol and looked out over the endless movement of those guardians of freedom. I stepped down and fell in line. I was in the company of those that had suffered or died to protect this great nation. I didn't understand how but every war and every service was represented. I was overwhelmed.

The next stop on that mournful march was the Supreme Court. I drifted through the crowd to get a better look. What I saw frightened me. Lady Justice was prostrate on the steps of the Court with a giant Presidential Seal lying on top of her. I stood in that eerie silence wondering how. No answer was forthcoming. The great company began to move again. I hesitated not wanting to see anymore. At that instant I saw my father and uncle who had suffered much on the snowy fields of Belgium. I again joined the procession spell bound.

We were on the Mall walking towards Lincoln's Memorial. I could see some people standing at the top of the steps but couldn't make out what was happening. The crowd parted to allow me to pass. I climbed the steps to witness for myself what was taking place. Then recognition swept over me. There were George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin, standing to the left of a coffin. Opposite them were Abraham Lincoln, John Kennedy, and Martin Luther King. Fearing the coffin and what it held I climbed with trepidation. Hesitation gripped me as I stared into the eyes of those great men. Then shock overwhelmed me. There laid our great flag, the Declaration of Independence, and our beloved Constitution. Slowly they closed the coffin. The procession moved towards the reflection pool that became a great grave. Descending the steps and looking out over the largest gathering that I had ever witnessed was humbling. In all directions stood those who served this great land their numbers were legion.

With great care the coffin was buried and I could see tears in the eyes of those closest to me. I turned and looked up to the top of the Memorial and saw two men and a woman. I recognized all three. They were Saul Alinsky, Richard Clower, and Francis Piven. They had their arms raised to the heavens and three more were standing below them bowing. They were two men and a woman. I could not clearly see them as the scene began to fade and I awoke in great fear.

Our Great I-MAN

When George Washington, won the Revolutionary War, he was asked to assume the Presidency for life, he refused. How do you think Our Great I-MAN would have responded? Harry Truman said, "The buck stops here." Where do you think the buck stops with Our Great I-MAN? Ronald Reagan said, "When Government expands liberty Contracts." What would Our Great I-MAN say to this?

The Muslim world has there Imams. They speak pointedly without shame for whatever position they take, whether it is for good or evil. Our Great I-MAN gives us a stern look and says, "Let me be clear." Yet we never are. Our Great I-MAN cannot understand why his children will not blindly follow him. In his State of the Union Address he blamed everyone especially the Republicans. He reserved a small sliver for himself, very small. Yet the truth is that his own Party was to blame for his lack of success.

Our Great I-MAN says, "Do as I say not as I do. You are broke, but I can spend as much as I see fit. Those bad banks are to blame but just let me get my hands on them. Those car companies went crazy but now they will listen. How dare Fox News question my intentions? Those evil black robed people on the Supreme Court are going to allow foreign Governments to control our elections. Come worship at my altar and we will transform America."

I was told I would be known by the company I kept. Well Our Great I-MAN makes no secret about who are his closest friends and advisors. I wonder if Senator Joe McCarty is looking down on all of this and yelling, "I told you so." Can you imagine a conservative surrounding himself with skinheads and Klan members? We as a nation defeated Fascism, Communism, and Socialism throughout the World but not at home. This Nation must put it's foot down. The children of Philosophy are out of control and they are running rampant throughout our country. Their intellectual fantasies are about to destroy a great nation, where apathy also runs rampant.

For over two hundred years we have lived under a constitution created by wise men who foresaw times such as these. During those years politicians have been hard at work trying to circumvent that great document for their own ends. If we do not stand up and protect the Constitution and reform our political process we are doomed to follow all great societies that have gone before us.

Our Great War

We are in a war that threatens our very survival. It doesn't play out on distant battle fields but in our schools, the halls of Congress, and in our very homes. This great war is philosophical pitting intellectuals against realists. It transcends parties with both the Democrats and the Republicans moving towards the same goal. The only difference between them is who receives the money stolen from us the citizens of this great land.
An intellectual visualizes a perfect world in which they can control all outcomes. They believe that we lesser beings do not have the knowledge to know what is best for us. They therefore have to force their will upon us. For those of us who have been paying attention these past two decades we have witnessed an ever growing movement to marginalize the United States of America. The intellectuals can not realize their goals with a strong America. An economic crisis has allowed these forces to move America in a direction that most would not choose. They visualize a world with one governing body that dictates all to everyone. They see themselves as modern day Robin Hoods who will steal from the rich and give to the poor. They dream of making us all equal. Equally poor that is. They will lie, they will cheat, and much worse to guarantee that outcome. We as a nation have sat by and watched all this play out over many years without as much as a whimper. As stated both parties have been moving in this direction for some time. It wasn't until these same intellectuals nearly collapsed our economy that we began to pay attention. Well some of us have. We have witnessed the violation of our bankruptcy laws by our own government. We have witnessed the theft of trillions from our treasury and we have witnessed the near destruction of Capitalism. The intellectuals are quickly moving us towards their governing models of Cuba and Venezuela.
Now for a word or two about the Intellectuals opponents in this Great War.
They are realists that are combating the intellectuals and they are many. They are talk show hosts, ministers, a few journalist, and finally mothers and fathers. Slowly individuals have begun to step forward.
The Tea Parties were a magnificent success that was portrayed by the greatest traitors in America, our free press as right wing idiots. People that think for themselves are described as ill informed morons. This is the greatest justification for stepping forward and taking control of our Government from the Intellectuals that would destroy us and this is how we can do it.
We are searching for 435 individuals to run for all the seats in the House of Representatives and 28 individuals to run for the open Senate seats in the 2010 election. We are searching for honest and honorable people to reform the Congress of the United States. We do not care about their sex, their race, or their religion. It is our intent to reform the congress, its ethics, its benefits, and its rules. We invite Democrats, Republicans, and independents to join us.
Both political parties have betrayed us. They have become bigger than the Republic they represent. We have witnessed this betrayal in the looting of our national treasury. The greatest theft in the history of mankind has taken place in the past year. Our monies were distributed to organizations and individuals that are no friends to our Republic. This was all done in the dark of night without debate. We were told that this was to protect us from collapse. Ask yourself, who wrote the bills? Ask yourself, how did this bill help me? We are no less fragile than the former Soviet Union. We could disappear from history in the blink of an eye. No nation has ever accumulated such debt. Yet our leaders are rushing to compound this problem with more debt.

This is the platform that we offer our people.

1.) Place the congress of the United States under the Federal Employees Ethics Regulations with two exceptions. They may place their assets in a blind trust and they may take part in partisan politics.

2.) Reform the benefits of the US Congress. Examples: Force them to vote on all future raises. Limit pensions to the highest level given to GS Employees with no pension paid for less than ten years of service. Require all congressmen to attend all sessions and vote unless ill or a death in the family.

3.) Change the rules of both houses. Example: Allow no bill in excess of two hundred pages. All bills shall have minimum of thirty days debate before a vote can be taken. If amendments are placed on the bill an additional 30 days of debate shall be initiated. No one shall have access to government cars, planes, or ships unless paid for by the Congressman's or Senator's state.

4.) Three amendments to the Constitution will be sent to the States.

A.) English shall be the official language of all Government.

B.) Term limits shall be placed on both houses of Congress: The House of Representatives shall be limited to four terms and the US Senate shall be limited to two terms.

C.) Primary elections shall be done by time zones with the first taking place the first Saturday in March and each consecutive month on the first Saturday. The National Election shall be the first Saturday in November. No campaigning or advertising shall be done until 90 days prior to the first primary.

5.) Three national contests shall be established to address mankind's most demanding problems: Pollution, Energy, and Water.

A.) A nonpolluting process that will operate our mega watt power plants at the same average cost per kilowatt hour that was in effect on January 2010.

B.) A desalinization process that will meet all the water needs of our country. The cost shall be no greater than what the average cost of water in the nation was as of January 2010.

C.) A motor that can operate any size vehicle that we choose on land, sea or air. It can not be powered by any fossil fuel or food product and it can't emit any pollution. It must operate at the equivalent of $2.50 per gallon.

The prize for these contests shall be One Billion tax free dollars. The only caveat shall be that the American people shall receive 25 percent of the royalties generated by these inventions.

6.) We shall establish energy independence in 5 years by utilizing all available sources of energy. This is our alternative to establishing a Cap and Trade system that will destroy our economy with little or no effect on the environment.

A Third Party

A third party would not remedy the corruption in the Congress of the United States. The Ohio district that I vote in has had two Congressmen rise to powerful positions in the House of Representatives. One of these men was forced to resign and the other went to jail. One was a Democrat and the other a Republican. If an attempt to create a third party was successful the men and women involved would succumb to the same temptations. The problem isn't electing honest people it is the methods that they are corrupted by when they are seated. The people believe that when they elect an individual that person will represent their interest. That is far from the truth. The elected individual represents his or her party's interest. A little game that is played over and over again is allowing a particular Congressman to vote against a bill that their party is assured of passage. In this manner they can protect a Congressman from an unpopular vote in his or her district. These Party's have one thing in common and that is maintaining their power. Reform is our only hope. The change promised by politicians can't be realized without reform. No Democrat or Republican will vote for limiting their power. Only true reform will save our Republic.

The Judicial was to be responsible for settling the differences among us by interpreting these laws. The Executive branch was to manage and enforce these decisions imposed on us by the Legislature. Since the end of the Second World War the Executive branch of Government has grown to the point that it dominates all else. In the past year it has bypassed the Legislature by taking control of spending and imposing itself on the economy. It has purposely violated bankruptcy laws in the name of saving a few. In other words it is out of control. The Legislature has abdicated its responsibility by allowing outside interests to dictate to it what should be written into law and what should be passed. The third branch of Government has possibly done the most harm. It has assumed the responsibility of the Legislature by creating law where none exists and by remaining silent when the Executive branch of Government violates our laws.
How can we possibly reform this system? By setting aside what divides us and everyone coming together for a singular purpose. We need Democrats, Republicans, and Independents to join in this effort. Great Lies and Great Truths

Great Lie No. 1) We have been told that Capitalism has failed. This is untrue. Capitalism never fails but government manipulated Capitalism always fails. When our Congressmen and Senators went out of their way to prevent an investigation into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, they insured our economic destruction. In Congresses great rush to equalize us they began dictating the rules to the banking system. They made sure that all Americans had a house whether they earned it or not. The banks, a business, did what any business would do they tried to spread their liability around to alleviate the risk. The volume of risk created by Congress became too great to absorb causing the collapse. I am not defending the Banking Industries practices where greed overcame common sense. But the hypocrites in Congress have been holding hearings into our collapse and acting as if they were not part of the problem. Now these same destroyers are announcing to the world that they have the answers to cure our problems. Laughable wouldn't you say.

Great Lie No.2) Government is the answer and also the greatest Ponzi scheme in the History of Mankind. The Government can fix it all. Just let us spend enough and all will be well. Every program that the Government has started has been a failure. Social Security began as a pay as you go Program. Then Social Security was transformed into a welfare program. It is not running a deficit of Trillions of dollars. Medicare began as a great boon to the elderly that was meant to be self sustaining. It too is running a deficit of Trillions of dollars. Medicaid another great boondoggle is also running a deficit of Trillions of dollars. The establishment of the Dept. of Education assured the destruction of our educational system. The great no child left behind program insured that they all would be equalized by destroying our best and brightest. Bernie Madoff will spend. the rest of his life in jail for a billion dollar Ponzi scheme and he should be joined by 535 so called leaders in the House and Senate of the United States.

Great Lie No.3) We are the problem. Our great I Man went around the world telling all that would listen how sorry we are for what we had done to them. We are the cause of their Poverty. We are the reason for the great Terror Movement. We are the cause of their leader's stupidity. We are the cause for their lack of water, sunshine, or what ever.



Great Truth No. 1) Capitalism is the only ism that has ever worked in the world. Never in the History of Mankind has a nation known such prosperity as in the United States. Never have common men been allowed to rise to their level of ambition as in the United States. No matter what your background or race you could rise to great heights. It has happened throughout our history and continues to happen today. Ask yourself this question. Why did China and Russia turn to Capitalism to save themselves? Capitalism has allowed America to have the richest poor people in the world. No other Country cares for their people as we do. No Country is as generous as we are. When Haiti screamed for help who stepped forward immediately, was it Cuba, Venezuela, or Russia. They all yelled for America. The reason is Capitalism.

Great Truth No. 2) Government is the problem. We were told that if we did not pass last years great stimulus bill immediately that our unemployment would hit 8%. Where does it stand now? We were told that certain individuals were the only ones to fix our problems even though they had broken our laws. How well have they done? We were told by our great vice president that we were bankrupt and the only way to save us was to spend more. How is that one working out? The I Man says fixing health care would bolster our economy. HOW? We are also told that we have to save the planet by giving Trillions of our wealth to poor countries. For the great intellectuals to realize their dreams they have to do two things. Kill God and bankrupt us and presently they are winning. For they have placed at risk all pensions, all savings, and all forms of wealth.

Great Truth No. 3) The United States is the greatest Country on earth. Three times in the past century the United States stepped forward to save the world. Two great world wars and a cold war were won by our economic and military power. If not for us the world would live in darkness. Our great I Man says that we must not offend our enemies. So we treat them as criminals and give them rights that they do not deserve. The I Man does this in the name of decency or so he says. But the I Man should read our history. We have never known peace without victory. If are enemies are not subjugated we will be forever at their mercy. Only when we allow others to dictate our solutions do we diminish our selves.

The Plan

We have tried to describe the danger we as a nation face. We have presented a detailed proposal to restore the government to the people. This post will give a blue print of exactly how to accomplish our goals.

Both Political parties have done their best to prevent such an uprising. If a person chooses to run as an independent candidate for the House or the Senate obstacles have been placed in their path. We will use Ohio as an example. A House candidate running for either party needs fifty signatures to place their name on the ballot. We will inform them that nearly all states, counties, cities, and villages are in the same danger. They have to be told that their present Representative or Senator did not write or read these major bills passed in the past year. They have to understand that no matter how eloquently a position is presented that the hidden details of that position will destroy us.

The men, women, and candidates that go door to door in each district will also campaign for the Independent candidates for the US Senate from their state. The candidates for the House and Senate will be linked together. If the people truly want change, they will be asked to support both their district candidates and their State's Senate candidate. We will also do as Newt Gingrich did in 1994. We will go to Washington DC and as a body swear before the American People that we will pass these reforms. We have this one election were the American people are united against corruption and debt. This may be our only chance to reverse our demise before, "we go quietly into that good night".
